Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your JOSEF SEIBEL purchase. If your shoes are not the perfect fit, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original JOSEF SEIBEL box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
